To use, select a pot with a drain hole and fill about 1/3 full with potting mix. Loosen the plant's root ball and place it in the pot. Add more mix and press lightly. Water the plant, let it drain. Mix should be allowed to dry to the touch between waterings. To avoid soil compaction and replenish nutrients, container plants should be repotted every year.
