Return Window
- Within 30 Days: Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- After 30 Days: Returns received after the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund at our discretion.
Item Condition
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This includes:
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Items must not show any signs of use, be worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
How to Start Your Return
- Contact Us First: Before shipping any items, please email us at sales@rplumber.com to obtain detailed instructions.
- Prepare the Package: Place the items in their original packaging and secure them inside an appropriate shipping container if shipping to a location.
- Ship or Drop Off:
- Shipping: Send the package to the address provided by our associate.
- In-Person: Return the items to the original R.P. Lumber pickup location or as directed by our team.
Shipping Costs- Customer Responsibility: In most cases, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will make alternative arrangements for these specific cases.
