If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please contact an associate before shipping returns.
Returns received after 30 days of the date of purchase are subject to a partial refund and/or restocking fees.

Any product returned must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging. Any product that was shipped to or from a R.P. Lumber authorized location will need to be returned to the location of origin or location indicated by a R.P. Lumber associate.

  1. Contact R.P. Lumber about the items you are needing to return at sales@rplumber.com.
  2. The items must be in their original packaging. Place items into an appropriate shipping container.
  3. Ship the package to the address given by the R.P. Lumber associate or return to original pickup location.

In most cases, return postage is paid by the customer for items. Other arrangements may be made by a R.P. Lumber associate concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact R.P. Lumber prior to shipping to obtain detailed instructions.
