Black Beauty® Delmarva is a cool-season seed tall fescue blend that grows exceptionally well in hot environments. With roots that can grow up to 4 ft deep and a waxy leaf coating that (like the skin on an apple), Black Beauty® Delmarva preserves moisture and limits evaporation making our grass seed ideal for the Mid-Atlantic region. It also withstands heavy traffic and naturally resists insects and diseases. It grows a naturally dark green lawn with high-quality tall fescue that outperforms Kentucky-31 Tall Fescue.
