Its sag-resistant formula ensures easy use on vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces and it adheres reliably to wet or damp wood, as well as underwater. Its high-resistance to shrinking and cracking, DAP Plastic Wood™ Epoxy Filler provides high anchor strength for nails and screws. Its extended working time of 20 min allows for precise molding and shaping, making it ideal for rebuilding damaged wood sections. Once fully cured, it can be machine sanded, planed, cut, drilled, screwed and nailed. It is also paintable and can be built up to repair rotted wood surfaces, fix cracks and splits and prevent future damage.
