ZIP System Liquid Flash is a fluid-applied flashing membrane made of STPE (silyl-terminated polyether) technology. It is designed to provide a seamless, weather-resistant seal around windows, doors, and rough openings. It flows easily into crevices and difficult-to-flash areas, bonding to a variety of substrates and curing quickly—even in wet weather—to create a durable, airtight, and watertight seal.
