Second, if you recoat within 12 hours, you don't have to sand between coats. Third, poly for floors is formulated with advanced anti-setting agents that keep the flattener (used in satin and semi-gloss) suspended all day, which results in less stirring time. This clear, oil-based protective finish is specifically formulated for hardwood floors. Apply with natural bristle brush or synthetic stain pad. Drying time could be longer if using a lambswool applicator due to thicker coat. Can be applied over Minwax wood finish or gel stain. The result is a beautiful, durable, even sheen across the floor. Covers approximately 400 to 450 sq. ft. per gallon depending on porosity of surface. Clean up with mineral spirits. VOC compliant in some areas.
