2-in-1 stain and protective finish that provides superior durability on hardwood floors. Saves time compared to staining with 1 product and protecting with another. No sanding between coats. Can be used over bare wood, over existing polyurethane finish, and over properly prepared floor. Recoat after 2 hrs. Dry time: 24 hrs. for light foot traffic, 72 hrs. to install rugs and replace furniture. Covers approximately 500 Sq. Ft. per gallon. Lack of ventilation or application of thick coats may effect dry time and coverage. Store at room temperature. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Interior use only.
