    Scotch® shipping tape is a general purpose packaging tape used for box sealing, splicing, recouperage and other packaging applications. This product has a conformable backing and a consistent pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive system. This time-proven construction assures a reliable performance in a range of environments and applications. The pressure-sensitive rubber resin adhesive to instantly seals cartons and the biaxially-oriented polypropylene backing is easy to handle and dispense. It resists abrasion, moisture, chemicals and scuffing and conforms around edges and over rough surfaces for a tight seal. Good edge tear and split resistance.
