The Keeper® Adjustable wheel bonnet comes with two adjustable straps that give proper security over tires with 2 in cam buckles. The twisted snap hook works to give direct alignment with the anchor point. Suitable for multiple applications, securely fits a variety of tire sizes. Keeper® Hi-Test® webbing is engineered to combine strength with lightweight efficiency, resisting abrasion and storing compactly when not in use. Tie-Down has a working load limit of 1000 lb and a break strength of 3000 lb, ensuring that the over wheel tie-down is rated in excess of your most demanding cargo needs. Use with Keeper®'s 04517 (ratchet or winching device not included).
