APOC 107 is a professional-grade, cold applied roofing adhesive of heavy brush consistency. It can be used in new construction as well as re-roofing to bond modified bitumen and asphalt coated base and ply sheets. APOC 107 has excellent bonding strength and can be used in lieu of hot mop asphalt. APOC 107 forms a flexible bond to permit the roofing membrane to conform to normal building movements. It eliminates potential burns and the possibility of damaging asphalt from overheating. APOC 107 may also be used to bond gravel to bare spots on existing gravel roofs. Do not use on sheets which require torchdown or other techniques such as "torching/polyolefin film", EDPM, PVC or other single-ply membranes without approval of membrane manufacturer.
