This Secure Latch pantile hitch is also unique from other pantile hooks with its cupped design. Instead of letting the ring slop with every acceleration, brake and bump, the cupped hook holds the ring tighter fore and aft. This results in smoother, quieter heavy-duty towing. This Secure Latch ball and pantile combination is rated for 14,000lbs gross trailer weight and 14,000lbs ball capacity. It couples to a 2-5/16 in coupler or a lunette ring with a 2-1/2 in or 3 in inside diameter. It fits into any industry-standard 2 in receiver.
